Recomendaciones

Los relojes TEMPUS son garantizados por un año a partir de la fecha de la compra del reloj;  con cubrimiento total por cualquier defecto en la fabricación del mismo. 

La garantía TEMPUS cubre los siguientes aspectos

   
   Funcionamiento del mecanismo, siempre y cuando no haya sido manipulada por personal no autorizado.

    Defectos de fabricación detectados.

    Filtración de humedad, solo para los relojes a prueba de agua. Para este caso es importante identificar si el reloj es o no sumergible.

Esta garantía no cubre posibles problemas en los pulsos, cristales, pasadores y demás problemas que puedan presentarse por el uso inadecuado del reloj.

Aspectos que no cubren la garantía 

• Daños producidos después del vencimiento del periodo de garantía.

• La no presencia de la tarjeta de garantía y/o factura al solicitar el servicio de reparación.

• Si el reloj ha sido manipulado o destapado en un taller de servicio no autorizado para tal fin por nuestra marca.

• Batería del reloj.

• Daños en el vidrio o pulso del reloj.

• Humedad u oxidación, para el caso de relojes no sumergibles.

• Enchapes y PVD. El deterioro en los enchapes del reloj está sujeto al uso que se le de al reloj.

• Piedras: no se puede dar garantía por piedras caídas o partidas, esto es parte del deterioro exterior por mal uso.

• Cerámicas: deterioros, rayas, o quebraduras en las cerámicas no son garantías.

El reloj debe ser enviado a nuestros puntos autorizados de servicio técnico TEMPUS, es claro que su promesa de garantía está en reparar su reloj con repuestos originales hasta que éste quede en perfectas condiciones. No es nuestra promesa la entrega de un nuevo reloj.

Consideraciones al momento de hacer uso de la garantía

• La garantía debe estar completamente diligenciada a la hora de la compra del reloj TEMPUS con las especificaciones del modelo, nombre del comprador, fecha de compra y el lugar de compra.

• Se hace uso de la garantía exclusivamente en el punto de venta donde fue adquirido el reloj y debe llevar su respectiva tarjeta.
